The connectors utilize two proven mating designs, Matrix 5015 and GT-5015, and various contact termination methods, including crimp, male/female, solder, PCB, and bus bar. The gold-plated contacts and epoxy-backfilled options ensure high performance in demanding environments. The connectors have threaded or bayonet coupling and standard interfaces, allowing users to utilize existing cabling designs. Amphenol Aerospace High Power 5015 Connectors offer over 25 military-qualified, tooled insert arrangements for current carrying capacities ranging from 50A to 1000A per connector. The connectors are RoHS/REACH compliant and ideal for hybrid-drive vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), laser power systems, and ruggedized power converters.
