Broadcom ACPL/ACFL Extended Temperature Optocouplers

Broadcom ACPL/ACFL Extended Temperature Optocouplers feature reinforced insulation and reliability for safety and signal isolation. These ACPL/ACFL operate up to +125°C maximum and are ideal for critical applications. These industrial optocouplers use alloy lead frames for superior heat dissipation. In addition, the Broadcom ACPL/ACFL features a double wire bonding process for redundancy and reduced wire breakage issues.

    • Ultra low LED drive current for status feedback at IF = 0.8mA or 1.5mA
    • High speed (1MBd) operation at IF = 10mA with low propagation delay: 1μs (max.)
    • 30kV/μs high common-mode rejection at VCM = 1500V (typ)
    • Compact, auto-insertable stretched SO12 packages
  • ACFL-6211U & ACFL-6212U
    • –40°C to +125°C wide temperature range 
    • 5V CMOS compatibility
    • 40kV/μs common-mode rejection at VCM=1000V (typ)
    • Compact, auto-insertable stretched SO12 packages
