Digi Z45 Industrial Controllers deliver a complete automation control system in a single, compact, and rugged device. By combining advanced PLC-like automation with integrated communications on one platform, the Z45 unifies the capabilities of traditional PLCs and SCADA systems into a single solution. This integrated approach enables rapid, end-to-end deployment for a wide range of industrial monitoring and control applications. Powered by an onboard, web-based Automation Control Application, the Digi Z45 provides real-time alarms, reporting, and control through a standard web browser, mobile device, or existing SCADA infrastructure.
The Digi Z45 Industrial Controllers connect seamlessly to a broad range of sensors, enabling fast and efficient data acquisition and processing. Supported interfaces include analog current and voltage signals, wet and dry contacts, Modbus RTU and TCP, and additional vendor-specific protocols. An automation control application enables the deployment of monitoring and control solutions quickly using a no-code, menu-driven toolset.
Designed for secure and efficient data transmission, the Z45 supports cellular and Ethernet connectivity and is provisioned for use with North American carriers. Whether deployed primarily as a communications gateway or as a full application controller, Digi Axess provides comprehensive visibility into network performance, device health, and application operations. The Digi Z45 also supports custom development through a downloadable cross-compile environment, validated source distribution, and a fully documented toolchain.
