Diodes Incorporated AP22919Q 90mΩ Switch
Diodes Incorporated AP22919Q 90mΩ Switch integrates a P-channel MOSFET with an input voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and switch currents up to 1.5A. The AP22919Q single-channel load switch has a controlled turn-on slew rate. The AP22919Q controls the ON state with a digital input capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals.
When power is first applied, a Smart Pulldown keeps the ON pin from floating until system sequencing is complete. Once the pin is intentionally driven High (>VIH), the Smart Pulldown will be disconnected to prevent unnecessary power loss. The self-protected AP22919Q guards against short-circuit events on the device's output. The device additionally has thermal shutdown protection to prevent damage from overheating.
The Diodes Inc AP22919Q is housed in a standard SOT363 package.
