Infineon Technologies CY8CKIT PSOC™ 64 Secure Boot Wi-Fi® BT Pioneer Kit

Infineon Technologies CY8CKIT PSOC™ 64 Secure Boot Wi-Fi® BT Pioneer Kit is a low-cost hardware platform that easily designs and debugs IoT applications. The applications used with this kit include PSOC 64 "Secure Boot" MCU and the Murata 1DX Module (CYW4343W Wi-Fi + BLUETOOTH® Combo Chip). The PSOC 64 secured line of MCUs features out-of-the-box security functionality. It provides an isolated root-of-trust (RoT) with true attestation and built-in provisioning services.

    • Secure Digital Host Controller (SDHC) supporting SD/SDIO/eMMC interfaces
    • Programmable analog blocks and programmable digital blocks
    • Full-Speed USB
    • Serial memory interface
    • Industry-leading capacitive sensing with CAPSENSE™
    • PDM-PCM digital microphone interface
  • Murata Type 1DX ultra-small 2.4GHz WLAN and BLUETOOTH functionality module based on CYW4343W
  • 512Mbit external Quad SPI NOR Flash that provides a fast, expandable memory for data and code
  • 4Mbit Quad SPI ferroelectric random-access memory (F-RAM)
  • KitProg3 onboard SWD programmer/debugger with USB-UART and USB-I2C bridge functionality
  • CAPSENSE touch sensing slider (5 elements) and two buttons, capable of using self-capacitance (CSD) or mutual-capacitance (CSX) sensing methods
  • Supports 8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V operation
  • 2x user LEDs, 1x RGB LED
  • 2x user buttons, 1x reset button
  • Potentiometer
  • 1x Mode selection button
  • 1x Status LED for KitProg3
  • MicroSD card holder
