Infineon Technologies DEMOBOARD ITS4075Q Demonstration Board
Infineon Technologies DEMOBOARD ITS4075Q Demonstration Board is designed to evaluate the ITS4075Q 4-channel Industrial PROFET™. The ITS4075Q is a quad-channel, 24V, high-side switch providing embedded diagnostic and protective functions. The ITS4075Q PROFET consists of an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with a charge pump and is ideal for resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads.
The Demo Board features a supply voltage of 5V to 45V and a field-oriented topology. Infineon DEMOBOARD ITS4075Q Demonstration Board is equipped with peripheral components and corresponding connectors.
