iVativ I540M0L8 NILE BLUETOOTH® Modules

iVativ I540M0L8 NILE BLUETOOTH® Modules are highly integrated, ultra-low-power, standalone, certified, full-featured Bluetooth 5.4 (Bluetooth Low Energy) modules. The small form-factor module decreases the system cost and provides user design flexibility by incorporating a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4, 1MB Flash, Bluetooth 5.4, 802.15.4 Thread®, and Zigbee®, NFC-A wireless hardware with an integrated antenna and required crystals.

The iVativ I540M0L8 NILE Bluetooth Modules are fine-tuned RF modules developed to supply high-performance, long-range, and reliable wireless operation with zero host and ultra-low power, essential for numerous Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

The NILE module is based on the Nordic nRF52840 SoC. This globally certified module, with integrated wireless stacks, network stacks, application APIs, and all the advanced security features (Arm Trust Zone Cryptocell-310), reduces development cost and time to market. The module has a highly efficient environment for easy application development in various IoT verticals like wearables, home automation, industrial IoT, and smart medical.
