Kioxia THGJFx Universal Flash Storage (UFS) is available in 32GB to 512GB sizes and implements BiCS Flash™ Technology. The UFS offers high speeds up to 1160MB/sec to 2320MB/sec and is interface compliant with JEDEC/UFS Version 2.1/3.0/3.1. The Kioxia THGJFx UFS features error correction, wear leveling, and bad-block management.
