Littelfuse 3.0SMC Series Diodes

Littelfuse 3.0SMC Series is designed to protect electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other voltage transient events. These diodes feature excellent clamping capability, low incremental surge resistance, and built-in strain relief. The 3.0SMC diodes include a low profile package and typical failure mode that is short from over-specified voltage or current. These diodes operate in a -65°C to +150°C temperature range and are stored in a -65°C to +175°C temperature range. Typical applications include the protection of I/O interfaces, Vcc bus, telecom circuits, and computer, industrial, and consumer electronics.
