Littelfuse SC1122-01ETG TVS Diode
Littelfuse SC1122-01ETG TVS Diode is a unidirectional discrete TVS diode fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. This diode provides a high Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) protection level for electronic equipment. The SC1122-01ETG TVS diode features a low leakage current of 1000nA (maximum) at 22V. The SC1122-01ETG TVS diode can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. In addition, the diode can safely dissipate a 9A of 8/20μs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd edition. The SC1122-01ETG diode is ideally used in applications like mobile phones, set-top boxes, CC/SBU for USB PD3.1, and LCD/PDP TVs.
