Microchip Technology AVRxEB Microcontrollers (MCUs) are part of the AVR® EB family. The AVR16EB14/20/28/32 offers an AVR CPU with a hardware multiplier running at clock speeds up to 20MHz, with 16KB of Flash, 2KB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM. The AVR32EB14/20/28/32 features an AVR CPU with a hardware multiplier running at clock speeds up to 20MHz, with 32KB of Flash, 3KB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM. These MCUs implement current technology with a flexible and low-power architecture, including an event system, accurate analog subsystems, and advanced digital peripherals. The Microchip MCUs are available in 14-, 20-, 28-, and 32-pin packages.Features
