Microchip Technology MCP8026 TQFP BLDC Motor Driver Evaluation Board
Microchip Technology MCP8026 Thin Quad Flat Package (TQFP) BLDC Motor Driver Evaluation Board is used to demonstrate the driving capabilities of MCP8026 3-Phase BLDC motor gate drivers. This board uses the MCP8026 3-Phase Brushless DC (BLDC) motor gate driver and dsPIC33EP256MC504 processor to implement a 6-step trapezoidal BLDC motor controller. The MCP8026 evaluation board operates a BLDC motor using one onboard push button to start and stop the motor and one onboard potentiometer for speed setting. This evaluation board drives a BLDC motor with a supply voltage of up to 24V and a motor current of up to 15A. The MCP8026 board provides a status indication for the power supplies and the six onboard PWM inputs.Features
