Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MIE05W0505 5V 0.5W Isolated DC Modules are designed for 3V to 5.5V input applications and deliver up to 0.5W of output power. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MIE05W0505 modules integrate power MOSFETs, a transformer, and a feedback circuit in a single chip, providing excellent performance while saving space. The module maintains a regulated output voltage (3.3V or 5V) by switching on when the output drops, restoring the voltage to its target level.
