Renesas Electronics RX65W 32-Bit Microcontrollers
Renesas Electronics RX65W 32-Bit Microcontrollers feature a powerful RXv2 core, ample RAM, and advanced security. The Renesas Electronics RX65W microcontrollers support sub-GHz wireless communication with OFDM and FSK modulations and comply with IEEE802.15.4-2020 and Wi-SUN FAN1.1 profiles. This enables high-speed, robust communication for IoT devices and ensures compatibility with older FAN1.0 profiles. Ideal for compact IoT wireless networks, the RX65W seamlessly integrates microcontroller capabilities with wireless communication.Features
