ROHM Semiconductor BM2Px PWM Type DC/DC Converter ICs for AC/DC provide an optimum system for all products that include an electrical outlet. These ICs feature a built-in startup circuit with a tolerance of up to 650V and contribute to low power consumption. The BM2Px PWM type DC/DC converter ICs also feature 65kHz switching frequency, frequency hopping function, over current detection function per cycle, and soft-start function. These ICs are available in 9.27mm x 6.35mm x 8.63mm dimensions in a DIP7K package.
