Silicon Labs EFR32BG29 Series 2 BLUETOOTH® Wireless SoCs are advanced, ultra-low-power solutions designed for high-performance wireless applications, particularly in the Internet of Things (IoT), smart homes, and medical devices. The Silicon Labs EFR32BG29 SoCs integrate a powerful 76.8MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core, offering ample processing power for complex applications while maintaining energy efficiency. With support for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.4, including features like LE Audio, Periodic Advertising with Responses (PAwR), and Direction Finding, the EFR32BG29 series enables robust, low-latency wireless communication.

EFR32BG29 also includes a high-performance +20dBm power amplifier, a low-noise amplifier (LNA), and a 2.4GHz radio with excellent sensitivity, making it ideal for long-range and reliable connectivity. Enhanced security features, including Secure Boot with Root of Trust and Secure Debug, ensure device integrity in connected environments. A compact footprint and rich peripheral set make these devices a versatile choice for developers building next-generation Bluetooth-enabled products.
