Taiwan Semiconductor S3A to S3M Surface Mount Rectifiers
Taiwan Semiconductor S3A to S3M Surface Mount Rectifiers feature a high surge current capability, low forward voltage drop, and a glass passivated chip junction. The S3A to S3M rectifiers have a 3A forward current and range from 50V to 1000V repetitive peak reverse voltage. The devices are ideal for automated placement, converters, adapters, SMPS, and lighting applications.
The Taiwan Semiconductor S3A to S3M surface mount rectifiers offer an operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and are available in a DO-214AB (SMC) package.
