Taiwan Semiconductor TLDxxAH Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes
Taiwan Semiconductor TLDxxAH Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are unidirectional surface-mount TVS diodes. These diodes feature breakdown voltage ranging from 26V to 82V and a low leakage current of 1μA at 25°C. The TLD26AH to TLD82AH diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and meet ISO7637-2 and ISO16750-2 surge specifications. These diodes are ideally used in transient surge protection and automotive load dump surge protection. The TLDxxAH diodes are lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant devices.
