Taiwan Semiconductor TSS83L45 Rectifiers are designed to provide low power loss combined with high efficiency making them ideal for automated placement. The TSS83L45 also provides high surge current capability. The patented Trench Schottky technology of the TSS83L45 rectifier is packaged in a RoHS compliant, Pb-Free, Halogen Free SOD-128 case.
