Taiwan Semiconductor TUAS8 8A Surface-Mount Rectifiers offer low power loss and high efficiency and are ideal for automated placement. These devices come in a compact SMPC4.6U package with a wettable flank. The repetitive peak reverse voltage is available in 200V, 400V, 600V, 800V, and 1000V ratings. Each Taiwan Semiconductor TUAS8 rectifier has a level 1 moisture sensitivity rating, is RoHS compliant, and is Halogen-free. Typical applications include switch mode power supply, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes.
