Texas Instruments ISOM8610DFGEVM Opto-Emulator Evaluation Module (EVM) supports the evaluation of the ISOM8610, a single-channel opto-emulator with integrated FET in a four-pin DFG SOIC package. The Texas Instruments ISOM8610DFGEVM helps designers evaluate the device performance for fast development and analysis of an isolated system.

- One-channel diode-emulator input
- Single-pole, normally open, symmetrical 80V output switch
- Primary-side current controlled switch, no additional isolated high-voltage supply required for 80V switching
- Ultra-low off-state leakage at VOFF = 70V
