Texas Instruments LMK3C0105/LMK3C0105-Q1 BAW Clock Generators
Texas Instruments LMK3C0105/LMK3C0105-Q1 Programmable BAW Clock Generators are 5-output reference-less clock generators with SSC support. The device is based on TI's proprietary Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) technology and provides ±25ppm clock outputs without any crystal or external clock reference. The device can simultaneously provide five SSC clocks, five non-SSC clocks, or mixed SSC and non-SSC clocks. Up to three different output frequencies can be generated across the five outputs. Each output channel can select either FOD as the frequency source to generate four LVCMOS clocks; the REF_CTRL pin functions as a fifth LVCMOS clock output and can choose either FOD as the source.The device can be easily configured through GPIO pins or the I2C interface. The Texas Instruments LMK3C0105/LMK3C0105-Q1 has very good PSNR and does not require any external LDO. The LMK3C0105-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
