Texas Instruments SN74CBTLV3126-Q1 Quadruple FET Bus Switch

Texas Instruments SN74CBTLV3126-Q1 Quadruple FET Bus Switch features independent line switches, each of which is disabled when the associated Output-Enable (OE) input is low. This automotive device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff feature prevents damaging current from backflowing through the device when it is powered down. The SN74CBTLV3126-Q1 device provides isolation during power-off. The SN74CBTLV3126-Q1 device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This switch is ideal for analog and digital multiplexing and demultiplexing, diagnostics, monitoring, body control modules, Battery Management Systems (BMS), ADAS, automotive head units, and telematics.
