Texas Instruments TLV777 Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulators

Texas Instruments TLV777 Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulators source 1A of output current. This LDO is designed to provide a high-PSRR voltage source. This device also provides load and line transient performance that meets the requirements of a variety of circuits. The TLV777 is flexible enough for use in multiple applications due to its 1.5V to 5.5V input voltage range and 0.6V to 3.3V output voltage range.

The Texas Instruments TLV777 minimizes input-voltage drop during start-up by featuring an internal soft-start circuit to prevent excessive inrush current. An active pulldown circuit quickly discharges the output when the LDO is in a known start-up state and is disabled. The EN input allows an external logic signal to disable or enable the regulated output. The LDO provides for a small overall package size with stable small ceramic capacitors. The operating junction temperature range is from −40°C to +125°C. This LDO is available in a standard 2.9mm × 2.8mm SOT-23 (DBV) package.
