The converters offer 275nA IQ in 1.6mm × 1.6mm SOT-563 packages with 0.6mm pitch. The TI TPS62843678EVM-030 evaluation module includes three separate circuits to produce output voltages between 0.4V and 3.6V from higher input voltages between 1.8V and 5.5V. The TPS62843x is a highly efficient and small solution for point-of-load (POL) converters in space-constrained applications, such as wearables, smartphones, and industrial equipment.
