Texas Instruments TPS793/TPS793-Q1 LDO Linear Voltage Regulators

Texas Instruments TPS793/TPS793-Q1 Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Voltage Regulators, which feature a high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), offer excellent line and load transient responses. This device is stable with a small 2.2µF ceramic capacitor on the output. The TPS793 offers low dropout voltages, such as 112mV (typical) at 200mA. The low output noise and great PSRR make this device suitable for power-sensitive analog loads. The TPS793/TPS793-Q1 offers a flexible option for post-regulation with adjustable capability. The Texas Instruments TPS793-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
