Texas Instruments TPS7N53 Ultra-Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator

Texas Instruments TPS7N53 Ultra-Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator is a low-noise, ultra-high PSRR, and high-accuracy regulator with a 0.5V to 1.5V output voltage range. This regulator can source 3A with only 95mV (typical) of dropout voltage, independently of the output voltage. The TPS7N53 LDO regulator consists of an integrated charge pump for ease of use to allow low dropout. This regulator includes current reference and unity-gain LDO buffer as primary features and adjustable soft-start inrush control, precision enable, and PG pin as secondary features. The TPS7N53 LDO regulator operates within the -40°C to 125°C temperature range and is available in 16-pin WQFN, 3mm x 3mm package. This regulator is used in sensors, radars, ultrasound scanners, and Serializers/Deserializers (SerDes) applications.
