Torex Semiconductor XC9714 Step-Down DC/DC Converters offer an input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V and an adjustable output voltage range of 2.5V to 18V. These XC9714 converters feature built-in Nch-Nch driver FETs and the same pin configuration as existing high-voltage products, enabling a smooth design migration with minimal PCB layout modifications when power requirements change. Specifications include an 800kHz switching frequency, and the operation mode can be selected via the MODE pin between PWM control and PWM/PFM control. The PWM control maintains a constant frequency regardless of load, making noise suppression easier.
