Trenz Electronic TE0835-03 AMD Zynq RFSoC Module
Trenz Electronic TE0835-03 AMD Zynq RFSoC Module is an extended-grade module based on the AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ RFSoC. The Trenz Electronic TE0835-03 module is equipped with 4x 1GByte DDR4 SDRAM memory, 2x 64MByte SPI Flash memory, USB 2.0, an Ethernet transceiver, and two Samtec Razor Beam board-to-board (B2B) connectors. Lattice MachXO2 provides the system controller CPLD.
The Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC family integrates key subsystems for multiband, multi-mode cellular radios and cable infrastructure (DOCSIS) into a System-on-Chip (SoC) platform that features a 64-bit quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 and dual-core Arm Cortex-R5-based processing system.
All parts operate within an extended temperature range of 0°C to +85°C. The module's operating temperature range depends on the customer's design and cooling solution.
