Vishay Semiconductors VEMD5525FX02 PIN Photodiode Ambient Light Sensors are high-performance devices designed for automotive and industrial applications. With AEC-Q102 qualification, the Vishay VEMD5525FX02 sensors feature an analog output with a peak sensitivity at 530nm, closely matching the spectral response of the human eye. A large 7.5mm2 sensitive area ensures accurate light detection, while insensitivity to infrared wavelengths prevents signal corruption from non-visible light sources.
