Lumped element filters integrate all of the passive components — capacitors, inductors, and resistors — required to filter out certain frequencies in an RF application. These components are considered "lumped" because their physical dimensions are much smaller than the wavelength of the operating frequency. Lumped element filters are widely used in a wide range of RF applications thanks to their compact size, low cost, and ease of design and implementation. Q Microwave's lumped-element filters feature a robust design, 50-ohm impedance, and a small size.

Q Microwave's QLB series bandpass lumped element filters, available from Mouser, are suitable for a broad range of frequency spectrum applications, such as space or military. The QLL series lowpass lumped element filters are designed to effectively attenuate higher frequencies while allowing desired lower frequencies to pass with minimal insertion loss. The highpass QLH series filters are designed to allow higher frequencies, while attenuating the lower frequencies frequently used by commercial applications.
