Nexperia PSC1065H SiC Schottky Diodes

Nexperia PSC1065H Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diode combines ultra-high performance and high efficiency with low energy loss in power conversion applications. These diodes deliver feature temperature-independent capacitive turn-off, zero recovery switching behavior, and excellent figure-of-merit (QC x VF). The PSC1065H SiC Schottky diodes boast system miniaturization, high IFSM capability, high power density, reduced system cost, and reduced EMI. These diodes are used in AC-to-DC and DC-to-DC converters, server and telecom power supplies, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), and photovoltaic inverters.
