Texas Instruments ADS114S08EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments ADS114S08EVM Evaluation Module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the ADS114S08 analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The ADS114S08 is a 16-bit, 4kSPS, 12-channel, low-power delta-sigma ADC for sensor measurement and process control applications. The ADS114S08 also includes a highly accurate oscillator and excellent integrated reference drift performance, enabling precision measurement of a wide range of input signals. The Texas Instruments ADS114S08EVM is used with the Delta-Sigma ADC Evaluation Software (DELTASIGMAEVAL-GUI) to reduce prototype development time and get products to market faster.
