These diodes are specially designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. All of the series are halogen free, RoHS compliant, and AEC-Q101 qualified for high-reliability applications. The modules provide excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Littelfuse TPSMB / TPSMC / TPSMD Automotive SMT TVS Diodes come in a low-profile, surface-mount package to optimize board space.

Littelfuse TPSMB-VR 600W Automotive SMT TVS Diodes offer 600W peak pulse power capability and are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. Littelfuse TPSMB-VR TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, V_CC buses, and other vulnerable circuits used in automotive applications. The series offers 600W peak pulse power dissipation and 100A peak forward surge current.
