STTH602Cx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes

STMicroelectronics STTH602Cx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes are 200V, dual 3A diodes for applications requiring optimized forward voltage drop (V_F) and reverse recovery characteristics. These diodes are also ideal for use in secondary rectification functions, including high-frequency DC-to-DC converters, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), and lighting applications. The diodes offer low losses, low forward and reverse recovery time, high surge current capability, and a high maximum junction temperature. STMicroelectronics STTH602Cx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes are offered in DPAK, PSMC (TO-277A), and TO-220AB packages. The STTH602CxY variants are AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications.

STMicroelectronics ultrafast diodes are available from from 200V to 1200V with various V_F/t_RR trade-offs to achieve the best performance for any application. In PFC and solar inverters, STMicroelectronics now offers the BC²™ solution in addition to Tandem and Turbo2 devices. BC² guarantees the same efficiency as SiC diodes in a conventional PFC, for a much cheaper application cost. All STMicroelectronics ultrafast rectifiers are rated up to 175°C operating junction temperature, as a result of reduced leakage currents.
