Nexperia SOT8015 Surface-Mounted Package Products offer a plastic, leadless, extremely thin small outline package with side-wettable flanks (SWF). The SOT8015 provides three terminals, a 0.65mm pitch and a 1.1mm x 1mm x 0.48mm body. The SOT8015 package has a package style descriptive code of HUSON (thermal enhanced ultra thin small outline, no leads) and a 1.4mm x 1.8mm footprint. The Nexperia SOT8015 devices have a 2.52mm2 footprint area.

Nexperia Small Signal Bipolar Transistor in DFN meets the growing demand for vehicle electronic functions. Nexperia offers AEC-Q101-qualified leadless packages with side-wettable flanks. These components save space, reduce weight, and maintain high performance and efficiency, even in high-temperature conditions. For space-critical applications like mobile devices, wearables, automotive sensors, and camera modules, Nexperia recommends DFN packages.

BC807Qx PNP General Purpose Transistors

Nexperia BC807Qx PNP General Purpose Transistors feature high power dissipation capability, high current, and are available in leadless SMD plastic packages with side-wettable flanks. These transistors offer three current gain selections, 0.5mm low package height, and are suitable for Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) of the solder joint. The BC807Qx transistors operate at -50V collector-base voltage (VCBO), -45V collector-emitter voltage (VCEO), -500mA collector current (IC), and -700mV collector-emitter saturation voltage (VCEsat). These transistors are used in applications such as general-purpose switching/amplification and space-restricted applications.
