Bộ giám sát điện áp Nanopower TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1

Bộ giám sát điện áp đầu ra cao Nanopower TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 của Texas Instruments với khoảng Vin rộng cho phép giám sát pin hoặc đường dây 9V mà không cần cấu kiện bên ngoài và đường dây 24V với điện trở bên ngoài. Nano-Iq tăng thời lượng pin với các ứng dụng nguồn thấp và giảm thiểu tối đa lượng tiêu thụ dòng khi sử dụng điện trở bên ngoài. Thời gian trễ khi khởi động ngắn cho phép phát hiện lỗi điện áp trước khi khởi động phần còn lại của hệ thống nhằm tăng cường độ an toàn trong điều kiện lỗi khởi động nguy hiểm. Tính năng Đặt lại khi bật nguồn thấp (VPOR) ngăn chặn các trường hợp đặt lại do lỗi, bật sớm hoặc bật thiết bị tiếp theo và điều khiển transistor bình thường khi khởi động và tắt nguồn.
