Vishay Semiconductors SS30KH170/SS30KH170S Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are high-current-density surface-mount rectifiers with an ultra-low forward voltage drop. These rectifiers support high-efficiency operation with a guarding for overvoltage protection. The SS30KH170/SS30KH170S rectifiers meet the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and are solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102. These devices are RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and AEC-Q101 qualified. The SS30KH170/SS30KH170S rectifiers are ideal for low-voltage, high-frequency DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications.
