SFP+ Connector & Cage I/Os

Amphenol FCI Small Form-Factor Pluggable Plus (SFP+) Connector and Cage I/Os are designed to support high-density cabling interconnect systems with data transmission capabilities up to 16Gb/s per channel. The SFP+ cage is designed with metal fingers in each cage port to protect against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and improve the contact interface to the mating surface when inserted into the chassis opening. The EMI metal cages are available in a variety of configurations. These modules meet the signal integrity and EMI requirements defined by SFF-8431 specifications. Typical applications for Amphenol FCI SFP+ Connector and Cage I/Os are cellular infrastructure, network interface cards, switches, hubs, servers, storage, and test and measurement equipment.
