TLP3146 Photorelays
Toshiba TLP3146 Photorelays integrate a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light-emitting diode. The TLP3146 is packaged in a 4-pin package with a 2.54mm lead pitch and 2.1mm height. The Toshiba TLP3146 Photorelays provide low on-state resistance and high permissible on-state current, making them ideal for power line control applications.
