NuMicro® M480 Ethernet Microcontrollers

Nuvoton NuMicro^® M480 Ethernet Microcontrollers are embedded with an Arm^® Cortex^®-M4F core with secure boot and hardware cryptography, which supports DSP instructions and an integrated floating-point unit. The M480 series contains six sub-series with different characteristics and applications. The M480 MCUs supply a Flash size of up to 2560KB and an SRAM size of up to 160KB. The device has an operating frequency of up to 192MHz with 175µA/130µA/MHz dynamic power consumption, and the standby current can be as low as 1µA.
