Infineon Technologies TLx496x-xM/L Hall Switch Sensors
Infineon TLx496x-xM/L Hall Switches save energy and allow for creation of precise, compact systems. The TLx496x-xM/L have a 1.6mA operational current consumption and can cut energy consumption by up to 50 percent. The switches have a small magnetic hysteresis that paves the way for precise switching points in systems. The TLx496x-xM/L have an integrated temperature profile that compensates magnetic drifts and enables stable performance overtemperature and lifetime.
