onsemi NVMFS015N10MCL Single N-Channel Power MOSFETs

onsemi NVMFS015N10MCL Single N-Channel Power MOSFETs are designed for compact and efficient designs, including high thermal performance. These MOSFETs offer low drain-to-source resistance (RDS(on)) to minimize conduction losses and low gate charge (QG)/capacitance to minimize driver losses. onsemi NVMFS015N10MCL MOSFETs are AEC-Q101 Qualified and PPAP capable. These MOSFETs come in a small 5mm x 6mm DFN5 flat lead package. Typical applications include reverse battery protection in solenoid drivers, power switches (high-side driver, low-side driver, and H-bridges) in motor control, and switching power supplies.
