onsemi SECO-LVDCDC3064-SIC-GEVB Evaluation Board
onsemi SECO-LVDCDC3064-SIC-GEVB Evaluation Board features input isolated Silicon Carbide (SiC) gate driver supply with automotive-qualified NCV3064 controller. This board provides stable voltage rails of -5V / 20V and an additional 5V rail for efficient switching over 6VDC to 18VDC wide input voltage range. The NCV3064 regulator enables a low component count, compact, and robust design. The SECO-LVDCDC3064-SIC-GEVB board is pin-compatible with commercial SiC DC/DC supplies and provisions ready to use plug-in solutions for power applications. This evaluation board offers a 150kHz switching frequency, 6.4pF interwinding capacitance, and 4000VAC dielectric insulation.
