onsemi NCP163 250mA Low Dropout Regulators
onsemi NCP163 250mA Ultra-Low Noise and High PSRR Low Dropout Regulators offer ultra-low noise and high PSRR. The LDOs also provide outstanding load/line transients and are designed to work with a 1µF input and output capacitor. The onsemi NCP163 is developed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analog circuits. The regulators are available in three packages WLCSP4 0.65mm x 0.65mm x 0.33mm, WLCSP4 0.65mm x 0.65mm x 0.4mm, and XDFN4 1mm x 1mm x 0.4mm.

- Available in fixed voltage option (1.2V to 5.3V)
- ±2% accuracy over load/temperature
- Ultra low quiescent current (typ. 12µA)
- Typ. 0.1µA standby current
- Very low dropout (80mV at 250mA)
- Ultra high PSRR (typ. 92dB at 20mA, f = 1kHz)
- 6.5µVRMS ultra low noise
- Stable with a 1µF small case size ceramic capacitors
- Available in WLCSP4 0.65mm x 0.65mm x 0.33mm, WLCSP4 0.65mm x 0.65mm x 0.4mm, XDFN4 1mm x 1mm x 0.4mm
- These devices are Pb−free, Halogen free/BFR free and are RoHS compliant
