onsemi NCV51511SYNCBUCKGEVB Evaluation Board offers a platform for demonstrating the performance of the NCV51511 High Side and Low Side Gate Driver. The NCV51511 integrates a driver IC and a bootstrap diode in a single package. The driver IC features low delay time and matched pulse width modulation (PWM) input propagation delays, which enhances the device's performance. The pre-mounted SOIC-8 NCV51511 IC drives the high side and low side external MOSFET depending on the input PWM signal and VDD level. The evaluation board also includes the NCV33163 Switching Voltage Regulator supplies bias voltage and controls the 10V auxiliary power output.
