onsemi NXH500B100H7F5SHG 112mm x 62mm Power Module is a flying capacitor boost module that contains an NTC thermistor. Each channel has two 1000V, 500A IGBTs and two 1200V, 120A SiC diodes, allowing the module to handle continuous collector currents up to 210A. This module is ideally suited to boost the power output of utility-scale solar string inverters and energy storage system (ESS) applications.
