STMicroelectronics L638xE & L639x Gate Drivers

STMicroelectronics L638xE and L639x Gate Drivers are single-chip half-bridge gate drivers for N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT. The L638xE and L639x are high voltage devices manufactured with BCD™ "offline" technology. These high voltage gate drivers are designed to stand a voltage rail up to 600V in high-side (floating) section. The L638xE and L639x gate drivers' logic inputs are CMOS or TTL compatible to ease the interfacing with controlling devices. These L638xE gate drivers are available in DIP-8, SO-8, DIP-14, and SO-14 packages. The L639x gate drivers are available in SO-8, SO-14 tube, and SO-16 tube packaging options.
