STMicroelectronics STM32WLE4xx and STM32WLE5xx 32-bit Wireless Long-Range MCUs embed a powerful and ultra-low-power-radio-compliant LPWAN radio solution consisting of (G)FSK, (G)MSK, BPSK, and LoRa® (STM32WLE5x only). The STM32WLE5/E4xx MCUs are designed to be extraordinarily low-power and are based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core, operating at a frequency of up to 48MHz. The Arm core implements a full set of DSP instructions and an independent memory protection unit (MPU) that enhances the application security. STMicroelectronics STM32WLE5/E4xx 32-bit Wireless Long-Range MCUs integrate high-speed memories, enhanced I/Os and peripherals, 12-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC low-power sample-and-hold, and two ultra-low-power comparators associated with a high-accuracy reference voltage generator.Features
